Illinois biodiesel producer BN Trail announced this morning that it has actually secured a purchase contract of all biodiesel procedure equipment from Kreido Biofuels. The shipment of the equipment is now underway from Houston, TX and is anticipated to get here in Newton, IL by October
According to the company, the project is a shovel-ready site. It is situated in a business zone in Newton, IL near the second biggest transportation passage in the U.S. It's developed to make the most of the use of innovation in the biofuels market as well as a better understanding of how to beneficially manage a biodiesel production center.
The scalable 30 MGPY center's key differentiator is the multi-feedstock ability of the innovation, proven in large-scale production in Europe today. This enables BN National Trail to establish buying agreements with local feedstock suppliers who will have the ability to provide unrefined soybean, corn oil, or other low-saturated oil at an opportunistically low cost throughout the lifecycle of the plant.
"Enhancements from the plant in Newton will come from the advanced feedstock technology program in Budapest where a pilot plant is being broadened to consist of algae as a feedstock. QSB, a BNE licensed innovation will be incorporated with the brand-new process equipment," confirmed CTO Robert Brooks. No timeframe has been attended to when the plant would start production.
"This purchase agreement is a significant step forward for BN National Trail. Not just will it provide income, but it will also speed up strategies by roughly 2 years." stated CEO Tony Quinones.
Blue Northern Energy, LLC (BNE) and the LLC entity it developed, BN National Trail Holdings started searching for a site to advertise a more energy efficient and low C02 processing innovation for the biodiesel market. A national search for a shovel prepared job site to develop lead BNE Chicago's entrepreneurship center and to National Trail Biodiesel Group (NTBG).
The National Trail Biodiesel Group, an undertaking by regional neighborhood members in Newton Illinois and Blue Northern Energy together to form BN National Trail. The 5 years of structure project advancement by National Trail combined with Blue Northern's experienced personnel of biodiesel production, project management, and cash management competence ensures educated and part management that will enable BN National Trail to be an innovative and world class biodiesel facility.
BN National Trail will have direct access to the ABQ Innovation Center, the research and development center for Blue Northern Energy. The center's mission will be to fine-tune most current technology advances in biodiesel production and uses of sustainable energy. This will include assessing numerous fuel sources, soy, corn, algae, white grease, biomass and jatropha
